Is there any government imposed law/rule that online sellers cannot deliver orders of value more than Rs. 10000 to Odisha (any place) where as it can deliver to remote villages in other states?
Odisha used to have very bad policy on sales tax and entry tax. Hopefully they have corrected it now. I did have ordered big items from flipkart. Yes some sellers may not want to do the proper paperwork needed for odisha.
