The KITS college is near by why should not XIMB is not inviting this college to have a participation or any type of involvement. I wish XIMB will do it thanx brother for such type of information.

In making dalma both the dal can be used means separately.

U can cook harad dal dalma

And also moong dal dalma.

But generally Harad dal is preferred as it is tasty and healthy where as moong dal may create some digestion prob if anybody is not habituated with it.
