Which is the best laptop in market?

Configurations:
1. minimum 2 GB RAM
2. min 500 GB Hard Disk
3. DVD Writer
4. High Quality in-built Web CAM
5. Good Sound speakers(Many laptop speakers are not at all audible
)
6. Minimum 15 inch Monitor and with NumPad
7. Wi-Fi and blue-tooth mandatory
8. Preferable Core i3 processor(I can adjust even without this and i ll choose this based on cost - have this as low priority)
I reside in Bhubaneswar- India and please let me know the price-list and the brand name.
