Good news for the Share cropper in Odisha. the Revenue minister informed that, the Share croppers will get input subsidy, insurance and relief if they face crop loss.
the State Government would bring a Bill in the coming monsoon session of the Assembly to safeguard the interests of sharecroppers. An inter-Ministerial panel of the Government took a decision to bring a new law to provide compensation of input subsidy, insurance cover, relief and other benefits to sharecroppers in
the event of crop loss.
