Many many good wishes for the Holy Janmastami. Today is Janmastami. The Hindus celebrate the birthday of Lord Krishna as Janmashtami with great devotion and pleasure. It is celebrated on the Krishna Paksh astami in the month of Bhadraba.
Actually this celebration of Janmashtami takes place during the midnight. It is believed that Sri Krishna was born on a dark and stormy midnight to end the violence of king Kansa. The Indians celebrate this day with pujas, arti, devotional songs and dances in temples and also at homes.
